It is as if the back ...I personally hate the smell. It is as if the back is glued to the rug and as soon as it touches water, it starts to smell horribly. Tufted rugs do not la...I completely agree with you. Tufted rugs do not last and they are getting worse. The newest type have felt stalks and get dingy fast and are very hard to clean.
