Tea Stain Removal - Isfahan Rug

Rug Ideas' headquarters is in the heart of Los Angeles but our customers bring us their carpets from far and wide. A customer sent us his gorgeous Handknotted Persian Isfahan Rug from Pennsylvania, who heard of us first through a referral from a friend. His Isfahan had acquired a nasty tea stain and was looking for someone who could handle the stain removal for such a quality carpet. Take a look below:
The tea stain had made an eyesore detracting from the beauty of the rug and we could understand the owner's frustration. We at Rug Ideas have seen all kinds of stains on all types of rugs so we knew just how to handle the situation. These jobs are delicate... too much stain removal and sometimes the design gets affected, too little and the stain remains. We had to treat the area in slow steps to ensure the process brought back the life to the rug; and right we did! Take a look at the results:
The tea stain has been removed and the Isfahan Rug now looks beautiful again. We just shipped it out to our customer today and can't wait for him to receive and see it. If your rug has acquired a stain make sure to bring it to us immediately so we can help with the stain removal process. The longer a stain sits on a rug, the more stubborn it often is to get out. Let Rug Ideas come to the rescue!

  1. Carpet stains are inevitable. At one time or another you will be faced with having to remove a stain from your carpet. Always follow any directions supplied by the carpet manufacturer. Carpets made from natural fibers or certain dye types may require special treatment. If you are not sure check with a cleaning professional for help. But for most common stains if you follow these carpet stain removal tips and you'll have your stain lifted in no time.
