I don't often give companies 5 stars - but everything and everyone associated with Los Angeles Rug Cleaning deserves this rating. They are knowledgeable, professional and reasonable; and customer service is beyond compare. My kilim rug was tattered and dirty after one of our dogs took a liking to it. Dr. Kay and his miracle workers transformed it once again into a thing of beauty. I will be delivering several more of my Persian rugs to them for moth-proofing and cleaning.
