We picked up few rugs last week for cleaning and repair from Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California. The client said she would have a party and friends coming over in a week and she needed at least one of the rugs by Thursday (last night). The rugs were not ready and the big 10' x 14' rug she needed most was not dry. If a rug is cleaned and not dried properly it would smell bad so we have to deliver the rugs to our clients when they are completely dry.
We gave her a rug last evening around 6:00 pm so when her friends come over, she would have a rug on her floor in the dining room!! We will deliver her rugs on Monday, in 3 days. She was so grateful and happy with our customized service and lending her one of our own rugs. She called this "Doing Business As Unusual"!
