A couple, husband and wife brought in this pair of Lambskin/sheepskin for cleaning. I was curious to see what kind of use they have for this pair. Can you guess?

They are meditation mats! When your mat is soft and very cushioning, you can meditate better! They are moving out of state we I promise to give them these pieces back in less than a week. Otherwise I have to ship the sheepskins to Jackson, Wyoming!

The wife asked me if we could remove all the stains and I said yes, but since we have to use some light non-toxic chemicals to dissolve and neutralize the stains to remove them, the color of the lambskin may turn just a little yellow. She said that would be fine.

Sheepskin rugs are long lasting and last much longer than many man made fibers if we take care of them properly.

Sheepskins should be shaken or lightly vacuumed preferably without using the beater. We should never vacuum Lambskins with beater which have metal brushes as this would damage the long and fluffy pile of the rug.
