Cushion Cleaning and Customer Service: Doing it My Way

A good repeat customer brought in 25 cushions for cleaning and repair. She needed these cushions cleaned and returned to her before the end of the week. I removed all of the duck feather pillows and put each one in a clear plastic bag to make sure they don't get dirty. But these pillows and cushions were all in different sizes. What should I do to know which pillow belongs to which cushion cover? I took pictures of the cushions, printed them and attached them to the pillow packages. Now, I know which pillow belongs to which cushion cover. I did all this myself as I stayed overtime until 7:00 pm. For me this is called customer service/care and peace of mind. This customer has given us several rugs for cleaning and repair and should be kept happy. She has referred a couple of her friends to us lately.
