Today was a good day. We delivered 8 Rugs to a customer. We went to their house and laid all the rugs out, including one rug which went under a heavy table and required a professional company to come and lift. The customer was very happy on all of the rugs, specially the Persian Rug that got Repaired and Rewoven.
We did Rug Delivery in Northridge and San Fernando Valley for two different clients. They were both very satisfied. One of the rugs was a Stained Indian Rug which we professionally cleaned. Another was a Sheep Skin Rug which was also stained and dirty.
We did another Rug Delivery in West Hollywood. The customer's rug was stained in several spots by her dog. All of the stains came out by professional deep rug cleaning. She told us that her rug was cleaner and software than when she bought it.
In these tough times, it's hard to satisfy everyone and have a smooth day. But, today we had a very smooth day and were able to satisfy everyone. It gives encouragement for me to continue what I'm doing with more passion and look forward to more satisfied customers.

Manhattan Beach Rug Cleaning and Rug Repair
Today we picked up two oriental 9 x 12 rugs from Manhattan Beach for cleaning and repair. They were beautiful Persian handmade rugs, but not in great conditions. We have to re-secure the fringes and selvages and do deep cleaning for both rugs.
We get many calls from Manhattan Beach for rug cleaning, rug repair, pet urine stain removal, and rug appraisal. Almost all of them are for pick ups, unless the owners had to come to Los Angeles anyway. We have had many good customers from there, so whenever we get a call from Manhattan Beach, we are always willing to drive the distance there to pick up their rugs and clean them. Once professionally cleaned and repaired, we give the owners a call and schedule the delivery time.
