It was 7:00 am this morning (Saturday) and I was checking my e-mails. I received another early morning phone call from a gentleman who had moved his furniture and had noticed moth damage on his kilim, flat weave and wanted to know how much the cost of the moth damage repair would be! After a conversation, he said that he would bring in his flat weave for the repair tomorrow.
In an earlier post I mentioned that a lady called me last night at 2:00 am. Is it good to receive calls like this? Is it good to make money and take care of the customers' worries?
