Some rug dealers/cleaners have fake text testimonials on their websites. It is easy to create different accounts and post text testimonials as Jack, Sarah, and Robert. Thank you for your comment. I'm glad that your company cares about customer service. It is very important that a customer is satisfied with the quality of work. We have a camera at the rug gallery and we occasionally ask a customer to give us a video testimonial and they are more than happy to do it.
