A few weeks ago a customer that lives in Illinois sent their runner in for us to inspect. The ends of the rug were badly damaged and the design of the rug was starting to unravel and fall apart. The customer find us on the web, was impressed with our repair pics & decided to have it shipped to Rug Ideas.

They made a wise decision sending their runner to us as we have seen this problem many times before. One of our master weavers took on securing the rug so that this "cavity" would not enter further into the rug. It was done entirely by hand and the results are great(see pics below)
